Guarantee & Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will exchange or refund in full provided that the items are returned within 14 days unused and in their original condition & packaging

If you return goods because they were ordered incorrect or wrong size please return in original condition for exchange.

Cancellations of unwanted goods or special orders may not be accepted for return they are at the risk of the buyer a 20% handling & stocking  fee may be deducted when considering refund  we reserve the right to refuse a refund or acceptance of ‘special ‘or returns due to change of mind.

If you return any item because it was faulty please check with us before returning

Should any material defect arise within a twelve month period date of invoice contact us in writing for us to investigate and determine the cause goods may have to evaluated by the manufacture if goods are found not to be faulty they will be returned back to you.
